Sustainable employee program
We invest in our people – that is why we built our very own Sustainable Employee Program. Built by our employees for our employees! The purpose of the program is to reach our strategy and to strengthen our culture and values as one Billerud even more.
The Sustainable Employee program goes hand-in-hand with our Sustainable Leadership program and consists of the expectations of our employees as well as support and training to help our employees develop and reach these expectations. The core of the program is the employee themselves – their self-leadership and how they continue to develop and grow as individuals and employees.
The program is built by us and for us. During 2022 we also launched a learning platform where we have built and added relevant training programs and courses in order to help strengthen our employees further. Our very own Sustainable Employee Academy is available, with an e-learning as part of the onboarding of our new employees and multiple training courses available as you continue your journey with us.
