We are looking for a Senior Group Business Controller to join our Group Finance function.
 
Group Finance is responsible all for Group controlling and reporting activities, performance management and a wide range of finance development projects throughout the company. The Group Business Control team is is a key strategic business partner to the Group CFO and the Group Management Team. The key areas of responsibility covers the preparation of Group Management and Board of Director Materials and requires a high business acumen and strong delivery of financial insights and analysis.
 
Your main tasks will be: 

  • Take a leading role in the monthly/quarterly closing process and keep the overall process and business storyline together.
  • Ensure high quality reporting to the management team, board and external stakeholders on regular basis and ad-hoc.
  • Identify improvement areas and develop planning and forecasting process for the Group.
  • Drive ad-hoc finance projects according to business plan and/or business requests.
  • Partner with finance teams across the Group to meet existing financial deliverables and to continuously improve finance processes and common ways of working.

 

The role reports to the Vice President Group Finance and is based in Solna, Stockholm.

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, we believe you have:

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent relevant area.
  • 5+ years of experience as business controller or equivalent relevant area.
  • Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint and preferably Power BI.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English and preferably Swedish.
  • Experience from publicly listed companies is an advantage.

Experience from the process or manufacturing industry is highly valued, as well as familiarity with the consolidation system Cognos or similar systems.
