Every summer we look for a large number of summer workers who play a vital role– to keep our production running without stop, creating sustainable packaging for a better tomorrow. We offer fantastic opportunities for those who are looking to gain work experience and contribute to a more sustainable future.
Every year, Billerud is looking for around 420 summer workers for various roles in many different parts of the organization in both Sweden and Finland. As a summer worker, you can work with production, mechanical and electrical maintenance, purchasing, administration, warehouse and unloading, logistics, IT, quality, and laboratory work.
From production to IT and everything in between, there's no shortage of exciting roles to explore!

Good to know
A summer position with us gives you valuable work experience for the future and a great insight into our operations. The summer jobs vary between 2-16 weeks and take place between May and August, depending on the task and production facility. The working hours can vary depending on role and be daytime, ongoing shifts or two shifts.
Who can apply for a summer job?
Please note that you must be at least 18 years old and that you must be able to show passing grades from a completed or in-progress high school program. In some areas, we only recruit people with the relevant higher education.
Safety first!
Billerud prioritizes a safe work environment and requires a drug-free workplace. When applying for a job with us and as an employee, you may therefore be asked to submit to a drug test. It is also important that you understand safety regulations in the local language.
