- Pension insurance contribution 7,15% (or 53-62 years old 8,65%) deducted from salary

- Agreed in collective agreement: if employment has lasted over 6 months maternity leave is paid 35 days, if employment has lasted over 5 years maternity leave is paid 45 days. Paternity leave paid for 6 days.

- Hybrid work-from-home policy for up to a maximum of 2 days a week, if work allows
