Customer Service Specialist to Billerud, Skärblacka (temporary position)
Job description
We are now hiring a Customer Service Specialists to Billerud in Skärblacka within Customer Service Paper. As a Customer Service Specialist at Billerud your main tasks are to coordinate the order to cash process by order handling, stock management, delivery planning and invoicing. You are the link between our customers, Sales Managers, Production Planners and other internal and external parties.
With us you will work with developing and varied tasks. You are expected to provide first class customer service from inquiry to final delivery at the customer. You provide our customers with professional service and thereby customer value and satisfaction.
The position is a cover for a maternity leave, until August 2026. You will be a part of the Customer Service team in Skärblacka, consisting of nine Customer Service Specialists working with different markets. Everybody strives to give the customer the best service possible and work together as a team to accomplish that.
Qualifications
- Degree from vocational college or University, preferably in logistics, Supply Chain or Finance. Alternatively equivalent experience.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written. Swedish and any other language skills are meritorious.
- Good computer skills and system understanding.
- Experience from working in an ERP system, preferably SAP is a plus.
- Experience from international trade is meritorious.
