#1 Concept development
Together with you and our partners, we develop a completely customized solution regarding design, functionality and barrier properties. We enhance your brand experience, build on market feedback, ensure technical feasibility, and develop a sustainable packaging. You receive draft designs and mock-ups to get a first look-and-feel impression.
#2 Pilot run
Together with Syntegon, we set up the pilot plant in Germany with the right FibreForm® configuration to make prototypes for your packaging test and validation. Featuring your corporate design, these prototypes are very close to the final product.
#3 Production
Billerud ensure the right FibreForm® configuration, and Syntegon supply the manufacturing equipment. That way, we’re at your side from day one to your successful product launch.
